One day in the South West of France and contest inside

Saint-Jean-de-Luz is one of the must-see cities in the South West of France. Small and charming city, here you are sure to find quietness as nowhere else but mixed with a liveliness thanks to the tourists. Only 17 km from Biarritz, you can enjoy the beach of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, have lunch on the seaside and try the very delicious macarons of Maison Adam.

On the road to Biarritz, there is a beach called Plage de la Côte Basque. This is the perfect place for surfing, but also a place where you can sunbath for an hour, after going down to the stairs, taking you to the sand. The rocks are separating the sand part and the sea, which make this place unique.

After the sunbath on the Plage de la Côte Basque and after having recharged the batteries, visiting Biarritz is mandatory. With the imposing casino, all the boutiques, ice-cream shops, restaurants strategically located in the city center and near the Casino, Biarritz is the another must-see in the Southwest of France.
